Join us in a little nice trip to Brighton for fish n chips!

• Tulleys Farm 34 miles 

Meeting at Regents Park running track, with these departure times (arrive 10 mins before your departure, the groups will NOT wait): 

• Red group 8:15 am (25-28km/hr)
• Blue grup: 8:20 am (22-25km/hr)
• Orange group: 8:30 am (22km or slower)

This is not average speed, this is speed when riding on the flat sections non-stop. Avg speed always drops with traffic lights and hills
