Team Liv Velodrome Session - THIS SATURDAY!

Team Liv welcome you to:

Velodrome Track Session @ Lee Valley VeloPark(LVVP) - Sat 26th Aug 4 - 6pm (arrive 3:15pm)

You can bring your friends and family, as long as they're 12 and up.

Please secure your place by telling Amy (details below) and transferring the session fee and hire charges.

The following equipment is mandatory but if you have these things you don't need to hire:

Track bike and helmet: £13

Shoes with Look Keo cleats: £9

Mitts: £4

You can BYO helmet, shoes and mitts if you like.

(Track bikes come with Look pedals or adapter plates for trainers, pedals cannot be removed)

Session fee is £17 including coaches and velodrome access.

If you're worried you're too much of a beginner or too much of a champion, don't worry, there will be 2 coaches catering for a range of abilities.
